The 18.36K Texas Run commemorates the year 1836, when Texas fought for and won its independence, shaping the spirit of the Lone Star State. This unique race distance symbolizes resilience, courage, and the determination of those who stood for freedom. Runners honor Texas history with every mile, celebrating the legacy of independence through movement and community. The event blends fitness, heritage, and state pride into a meaningful race experience. Crossing the finish line represents both a personal victory and a tribute to Texas’ enduring independent spirit
