i)   Transfer Policy

Participant recognizes that the running event will only accept participant to participant transfers.

This event follows the standard running industry policy: All entry fees are non-refundable. When you register for an event, you are making a non-refundable purchasing decision and must agree to this policy. You may not give or sell your number to another individual outside of the authorized transfer policy and process. This policy stays in effect whether you are injured, have an unexpected business or family emergency, illness, pregnancy, etc. There are NO exceptions.

ii)   Event Cancellation Policy

If the event is canceled due to any reason beyond the control of the City of McAllen, the entry fee will NOT be refunded to the runner.
