- If the event is cancelled due to any reason beyond the control of the organizer, the entry fee will NOT be refunded to the runner.
- We realize that things come up and prevent our participants from running and/or they change their mind about which event they want to participate in. We are happy to accommodate any transfer requests (participant to participant and event to event), but the last day to submit these requests will be 14 days prior to race day. Please complete a transfer request here.
- No registrations will be accepted after November 10, 2023 at 5:00 pm or after race hits maximum capacity.
