Can I get a refund?
- Runners registered for the full marathon may defer their entry to 2025.
- For those runners who signed up for the half marathon, may defer their entry to 2025.
- Additionally, relay runners may defer their entry to 2025
- Finally, those 5K and 10K runners can choose to defer their registration for the 2025 event
- Runners currently registered for the 2024 McAllen Marathon Scott Crane Run should submit requests for deferment by Monday, December 4th, 2023
What if I can’t get to the Packet Pick Up?
If you are unable to attend the Packet Pick-Up events, you may send a representative on your behalf. The representative must have a copy of your valid driver’s license or photo ID that indicates your date of birth.

What do I need to pick up my bib at Packet Pick Up events?
We encourage participants to have their race QR code readily available. If the QR code is not available, please bring a valid photo ID that includes your date of birth. Accepted forms of ID include passports, driver’s licenses, or state-issued IDs.
Will on-site packet pickup be available?
Unfortunately, on-site packet pick-up will not be available. We encourage all participants to make arrangements for scheduled Packet Pick-Up events. If you are unable to attend, you may send a representative in your place. The representative must have a copy of your valid driver’s license or photo ID that indicates your date of birth. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly to avoid any inconvenience on the event day.
Race start promtly at start times. No runners will be allowed on the route without a bib.
